Race Highlights:
· Electronic Chip Timing using the disposable B-Tag by Chronotrack.
· Long sleeve Black Cat Chase t-shirt for all participants. Register by September 30th and you can upgrade to a performance shirt for only $10 more.
· Beginner and Intermediate Training Schedule! Download
· Cash awards to the top 5 male and female finishers, medals to the top three male and female finishers in 15 different age groups and plaques to the top three teams. Overall Cash Prizes: Male and Female - 1st - $250, 2nd - $150, 3rd - $100, 4th - $75, 5th - $50
· Free Childcare at the Downtown YMCA for children ages 3 months to 10 years old.
· New this year – Costume Contest! Find the judges on the Old Capitol Lawn from 5:30-6:30pm. We will have youth (under 18), adult (18+) and group winners!
· Capital Plaza Hotel will again be the official hotel for the Black Cat Chase. A $59 room rate for all participants! Call 502.227.5100 to reserve your room.
· Race proceeds benefit the 2011 Frankfort YMCA Annual Giving Campaign that supports children and families in the community so that they can participate in YMCA programs and memberships.
