NFL FLAG FOOTBALL LEAGUE NFL Flag Football Rules The YMCA offers a spring flag football league for ages 5-17. Registration is going on now until March 1, 2012. The season runs late March until the end of May. Cost is $50 for members and $75 for nonmembers.
